Presentation discussing Prop 101, Amendments 60 & 61
At the June 14, 2010, Board of Education meeting, representatives from The Bell Policy center, a nonprofit research and advocacy firm based in Denver, presented a summary of finding regarding the state and local effects of three proposals that will be on the November ballot in Colorado:
Proposition 101, which deals with public service cuts
Amendment 60, which deals with local budgets
Amendment 61, which would impose restrictions and bans on certain forms of public financing
