ABOUT MRS. HUGHES-COFFMAN

 

     I'm very happy to be teaching my 13th year of Physical Education, and starting my 6th year at H.S. Winograd K-8 School.

     I graduated from Florida Southern College in 1999 with my Bachelor's of Science degree in Physical Education.  I completed my Master's Degree from the University of Northern Colorado in 2009.

     I have been married for 3 years, and have one son, Braden.  My Golden Retreiver, Marley, along with our two cats Oscar and Buddah, round out our family.

     I am an AVID New York Yankees Baseball fan and even wore a Yankees jersey at my wedding!  I also follow professional football, cheering for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Denver Broncos.

    When I'm not at school, I love spending time with my son.  Braden participates in Special Olympics year-round, and I enjoy cheering him on and even coaching when necessary.  I enjoy gardening, reading, trying to cook, and playing badminton. 

     FAQ:  Is Ms. Brauck your older sister?  A:  Why, yes, she is!
