Mission: To increase student achievement and organizational effectiveness by evaluating the use, condition and adequacy of our facility resources. The goal of the committee is to supply the Board of Education with recommendations related to facilities, their use and their adequacy. This could include recommendations on facility repair, construction, renovation, closure, consolidation, school boundaries, and grade level configuration changes. These recommendations should be supported by data from the analysis of instructional needs, community needs, demographic trends and maintenance needs.
