Welcome to Art!

My name is Mrs. Booren, and I am so excited to be teaching art at Maplewood Elementary School! This year in art we will explore a variety of ways to create art, learning how to talk and write about art, and we will discover many artists throughout history. 

For as long as I can remember, I have loved making art. My favorite types of art to create are paintings and wearable art. I graduated from Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design in 2013 with a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts - Painting.
