  • Open Enrollment

    Greeley-Evans School District 6 families interested in enrolling their child or children in schools outside their home boundary school for the 2020-2021 school year will have from November 1, 2019 through December 20, 2019 to complete an open enrollment application. Parents will be notified via email of their student(s) open enrollment status prior to February 1, 2020. Parents have until March 27, 2020 to accept or deny an offer.

  • Classroom Fall Celebrations

    On Thursday, October 31st each classroom will have a fall celebration. 1st grade will have theirs from 1:50 to 2:15 and all other grades will be from 2:45-3:10. Students are welcome to participate in our 2nd Annual Storybook Character Day on the 31st. Students can wear a costume representing a character from a story or book. Please note that costumes may not have a mask, may not include fake blood or pretend weapons of any kind. Students are also not allowed to wear costume make-up. It is optional for students to up and are not required to do so.

    We are supporting the University of Northern Colorado by having a District 6 Spirit Week honoring a college-going culture!

  • Art Club

    Scott Elementary School art club will be changing this year. We will be having four separate art clubs for 4th - 5th grade in the fall and four separate art clubs for 2nd and 3rd grade in the spring. Each art club will last one month (four wednesday classes) with a focus on one material/media in art. Each art club will be held every Wednesday for one month, in the art room, from 3:10 - 4:30. Your student may submit this paper to request what art clubs they are most interested in,

  • Fit Club

    This year at Scott Elementary we will be offering a new group of Fit Club activities that you may be interested in! We hope you will take a moment to read the attached descriptions of the activities and will sign-up for a unit you like. Be aware of the changes that have been made to accommodate other extracurricular activities offered here at Scott School and the new schedule for students and staff for the 2019-2020 school year. Scott Star positive behaviors are expected during the participation of the Fit Club program! The program sponsor this year is Coach Farbo.

  • Greeley-Evans School District 6 Board of Education Candidate Forum

    Seven candidates are running for 4 open positions on the Greeley-Evans School District 6 Board of Education. The Greeley-Weld County League of Women Voters is hosting a forum at which candidates can present their positions and answer questions from those in attendance. Kathleen Milligan will be moderating. This event will livestream at 6:30pm.

  • District 6 opens schools for public tours

    Greeley-Evans School District 6 is hosting tours at four of the schools that will be rebuilt or undergo extensive renovations if the proposed 2019 Bond Issue 4C is approved by voters in November.

There are several vacancies on local elected boards, including the District 6 Board of Education, as well as important ballot issues that directly impact our school district.
