8th Grade Social Studies

Malyssa Hiskett has a Bachelor's degree in History from Metropolitan State University and a Master's degree in Humanities from CU Boulder. Her studies focused on the history and education of minority groups in the US, and multilingual learners. This is her eighth year teaching, but her first year at Franklin. She is grateful to be given the opportunity to teach at Franklin and educate our wonderful student community. When she is not teaching she is spending time with her elderly dog and going on adventures with her fiancé.
