Welcome to second grade.  My name is Ms. Hoeft.  I am so excited to be working in the Greeley-Evans School District and Dos Rios Elementary School.  I am beginning my 25th year in Education.    I have had an amazing career working with students and families.  I have taught students in Kindergarten - 5th grade in a variety of positions.  I was an educator in District 6 for 11 years before moving to Eaton as a Reading and Math intervention specialist.  I am honored to be back in Greeley to work with our BUFFALO students and families.  Together we will have an amazing year of learning and fun!

I love to spend time with my son, our two dogs, and one cat.  We like to go fishing, swimming, camping, and bake cookies. I love to read amazing books, enjoy a good cup of coffee, and see that spark and smile on children's faces when they learn something new. 

I will be communicating with our parents through the use of Class Dojo as well as e-mail and telephone.  Don't hesitate to reach out to me with any questions or concerns so that we can work together for a fantastic year!
