North Range Behavioral Health is the community mental health center and substance abuse provider agency serving Weld County, Colorado. They are a private, non-profit corporation dedicated to providing professional, culturally competent mental health services to the residents of our area.Medicaid - They are the Medicaid mental health provider for any age students. They are contractually required to see a student with Medicaid in 7 business days.Private Insurance - They are not taking patients less than 12 years old with private insurance. For over 12, they have several therapists, depending on insurance.No insurance - Currently seeing "underserved" (less than age 11) population fairly quickly. Nurse Family Partnership – Pregnancy Resource
The Nurse-Family Partnership program is a no cost, 2 1/2 year program that serves qualified low income, first time mothers. Enrollment occurs during pregnancy and continues until the child is 2 years old. Specially trained registered nurses visit the clients in their homes to help them develop healthy nutritional habits, positive relationships, and safe living environments. Clients are encouraged to finish school and to set goals toward achieving financial independence. The Healthy Baby Campaign is a free educational program for pregnant women of all ages who reside in Weld County and for local organizations who serve pregnant women and their families (including physicians, teachers, social workers, law enforcement agents, faith-based groups, and other businesses). The Healthy Communities Program is for children 0-20 and pregnant women. The program provides application assistance to pregnant women and families that may be eligible for Medicaid and/or CHP+. The program also assists those already receiving Medicaid and/or CHP+ in understanding their benefits and accessing medical, dental, vision, mental health and specialty services. They help pregnant women find providers for their prenatal care, helping to ensure a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby.
