    MYAT (Multidisciplinary Youth Assessment Team)

    MYAT is an organization that provides youth and family intervention services for children from ages 10-17, with a household income less than $75,000 a year. Some of the services provided by MYAT are: 
    • Family groupcounseling and individual counseling 
    • Mentoring
    • Educational groups and services
    • Case management that connects families with additional services

    United Way

    United Way works in conjunction with several Weld County and national agencies to provide information about services to the residents within the county. United Way can offer assistance with locating a wide range of services, such as volunteer experiences, child care, family resources, shelters, and much more.

    Youth and Family Connections

    Youth and Family Connections (YFC) offers a variety of services for youth who are ages 10-17-years-old. Some of the items YFC works on are:

    •  Identification of at-risk youth
    • Coordination and collaboration with various community agencies
    • Teen pregnancy and prevention programs
    • Truancy intervention
