• Northridge Drop/Add Procedures

    A drop/add form must be obtained from your counselor or program coordinator (if dropping a program course such as MCJROTC, STEM, AP) before beginning this process. Additionally: 
    • Freshman and Sophomores are required to have 8 classes per semester. 
    • Juniors and Seniors are required to have 7 or 6 classes per semester, respectively

    • Students on campus during an off block must be in the commons, in the library, or with a staff member. 

    • Off blocks can only be scheduled at the beginning or end of the school day.

    • Class 11 and up to 6 weeks into the semester: Withdraw (W) will be recorded on transcript for dropped class. 

    • After 6 weeks into the semester: Withdraw-Fail (WF) will be recorded on transcript for dropped class.

    • Not all schedule change requests will be approved!
