"Cross Country will change your life for better. You will become part a family that will support you and welcome you. You will learn to push yourself to do what you once never thought possible. You will grow as an individual and as an athlete. My goal as a coach is to support your goals as a student athlete. I believe everyone should leave practice everyday feeling good about themselves and what they accomplished. The values of sportsmanship are paramount to our program and cultivated daily."- Coach Shaeffer
