    School Kickoff Event

    •  Saturday, August 12, 2017
    •  Island Grove Regional Park
       501 N. 11th Avenue, Greeley, CO
    •  10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. (lunch starts at 11:30am)
    •  FREE to the public (while supplies last)
    •  No pets allowed
     
    FREE Lunch
    • Lunch starts at 11:30am and will be served
      while supplies last
     
    FREE Backpacks with school supplies
     
    • Backpack distribution will start at 10:00am at Island Grove Park Event Center (whiles supplies last).
    • District 6 students must be present to receive backpack and limit one per student.
    • District 6 students will be given a limited number of wristbands at select booths and must provide student name, grade level and name of school to receive a backpack with supplies.
     

     
    Volunteers are needed to help make our School Kickoff Celebration a success! We will need help at the event with many tasks including set up before the event, greeting people and handing out event information, distributing backpacks to students, food service and distributing lunch, and cleanup and breakdown after the event. If you are not available the day of the event, we will also need help earlier that week with stuffing backpacks with school supplies for the giveaway.  Volunteer positions that are still needed can be found HERE.
