  • October at Monfort

Posted by BRIDGET YOHON on 10/4/2019 1:10:00 AM

Our October events are taking place in Student Council. The United Way Campaign is taking place for the whole month of October. Monfort is raising money for people in need at United Way.  We will be collecting money all through the month of October.  Please send your donation in with your child.  The grade level who earns the most money will receive a special prize!

Additionally, announcements are up and going strong. We have a few volunteers that will be able to help us and get them all recorded for the month of October.

Our Jog-A-Thon Spirit Day is on October 18. Have your kids wear their tennis shoes and bring a water bottle to prepare for our fun day.

  • Read Your Heart Out

Posted by BRIDGET YOHON on 2/6/2018

It is that time of the year. The time to show how much you know and how healthy your heart is.  We are teaming up with Mr. B in PE to read as many books as we can.  The winning classroom will be able to choose to add steps to their class step total.  All you have to do is read, read, read!

  • Pasta for Pennies- Leukemia and Lymphoma Society

Posted by BRIDGET SHERWIN on 3/28/2017

As you all know, we have started Pasta for Pennies again. The campaign will run from April 3 until April 21st. As a school, our goal is to raise $2,500 towards the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. If you are inclined to donate, we now have an online portal for which you can. Feel free to stop by and visit Monfort's Pennies for Pasta to see more information.

    Dear Parents,

Our school is in week 2 of our Student Series service project!  Great things are happening on and off campus.  As a reminder, our students not only participate in on campus activities, but we also ask for you and your student to spread the awareness of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society near and far through their very own online giving page.  Please be sure to send the below message to friends and family to update them on our school’s progress.

Thank you for your help in raising money for this foundation!

    Monfort’s Turkey Round Up

Please help us gather Turkeys for our community.

Weld County Food Bank is in a Turkey shortage. This means that many of our families in our community will not be able to have a Turkey dinner for Thanksgiving.  Please bring in a turkey on the morning of Tuesday, November 22nd at 8:00am, no earlier.  We will be loading them up in Mr. U’s Turkey Round-Up truck and delivering it  the Weld County Food Bank. Thank you for your kind generosity.
