Our Activity Department benefits from volunteers spending one-on-one time with residents; assisting with outings, games, parties, socials, crafts, reading, reminiscing and collecting residents’ life memories. Groups and individuals welcome, youth volunteers aged 12+ with supervision accepted, bilingual volunteers needed.

Volunteers are needed to work on the construction sites of homes. Construction site volunteers directly reduce the cost of Habitat homes by eliminating the need for skilled subcontracted labor. We welcome volunteers at any skill level and construction knowledge/experience is not necessary. Groups and individuals welcome. Youth volunteers ages 16+ supervised.

Volunteers assist terminally ill patients and their families with respite care, visiting with the patient/family, and help around the home. Volunteers in our office program assist our program by filing, answering phones and helping with special events.

Dedicated and compassionate volunteers are needed who enjoy working with the public. We are asking for a four hour per week time commitment and 40 hours total in a six month period. Volunteers can participate in a variety of services. Youth volunteers ages 15+ unsupervised. Commitment required.
