Columbine Commons Health & Rehab and Assisted Living provide an ongoing program of activities to meet the physical, mental, and psychological well-being of each resident based on their interests and needs. Our Activity Department benefits from volunteers spending one-on-one time with residents; assisting with outings, games, parties, socials, crafts, reading, reminiscing and collecting residents’ life memories. Groups and individuals welcome, youth volunteers aged 12+ with supervision accepted, bilingual volunteers needed.

Greeley Area Habitat for Humanity works locally to select and support homeowners, organize volunteers and coordinate house building and repair for those who lack adequate shelter. Volunteers are needed to work on the construction sites of homes. Construction site volunteers directly reduce the cost of Habitat homes by eliminating the need for skilled subcontracted labor. We welcome volunteers at any skill level and construction knowledge/experience is not necessary. Groups and individuals welcome. Youth volunteers ages 16+ supervised.Hospice of Northern Colorado

Hospice of Northern Colorado works to honor and dignify life’s final journey by providing quality end of life care, consoling the grieving and educating the community. Volunteers assist terminally ill patients and their families with respite care, visiting with the patient/family, and help around the home. Volunteers in our office program assist our program by filing, answering phones and helping with special events.

North Colorado Medical Center is a regional medical center with community-based and specialty medical services. Dedicated and compassionate volunteers are needed who enjoy working with the public. We are asking for a four hour per week time commitment and 40 hours total in a six month period. Volunteers can participate in a variety of services. Youth volunteers ages 15+ unsupervised. Commitment required.
