Mrs. Hannah Rivera

Hello! My name is Hannah Rivera and I am the school counselor for the last names M-Z for the class of 2025. My responsibilities include social/emotional counseling, academic planning, career exploration, and insuring students have opportunities as the SCCG counselor. This is my first year here at Greeley West and I am so excited to be a Spartan!

I am originally from Riverside, California but have been out in Colorado for the last seven years. I played college softball at Colorado State University for four years. I loved Colorado so much, I decided to stay and I never want to leave. 

I enjoy hanging out with my husband, dog Callie, family and friends. I also love being outside, traveling, and drinking coffee. 

I want to help students any way I can so if you see me in the hallways feel free to say hi!
