    Outcome: By January 2020, increase the average monthly number of visits to the district website and the number of Facebook followers by 15%.

    By January 2020, the District 6 mobile app will have at least 7,000 users.

     

    Priority 2: Align district resources to maximize student achievement and create a culture of continuous improvement.

    Outcome: ACHIEVED 2018 Annually, the district will prepare a detailed budget document showing resource allocations to schools, departments, and programs.

    ACHIEVED 2018 Annually, the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report will be presented with a clean audit opinion.

    ACHIEVED 2018 On a regular basis, throughout the term of the mill levy override, the Citizens’ Oversight Committee will indicate full compliance with campaign promises.

     

    Priority 3: Align district resources to maximize the recruitment and hiring of employees and to increase employee retention.

    Outcome: By 2021, 20% of the applicants interviewed for administrative/professional/technical and certified positions will be people of color.

    ACHIEVED By 2021, maintain or improve the average time of 5 days from hiring offer to letter of intent.

    ACHIEVED By 2021, increase the employee retention rate to meet or exceed the state average.
