    What to expect when contacting support

    • When calling, please leave a detailed message with accurate callback information.
    • When sending an email, please include as much detail as possible to describe the issue and include your best contact information.
    • A ticket will automatically be generated and sent to all technicians operating the help desk.
    • A technician will reach out to work on the issue, or schedule a time where you can come into one of the manned helpdesk locations if additional support and troubleshooting are needed.
    • If it is determined that a new device is needed while on the phone, you will be directed to visit your home school to exchange the defective device.


    If for any reason you are unable to call or email the helpdesk, District 6 has established one location for walk-ins that operates from 8:00 - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. This location is as follows:
