Mrs. Fischer

Hello! My name is Chaeli Fischer and I am so glad to be a part of the Winograd community. This is my 6th year at Winograd, and I have loved every minute of teaching the CUBS and helping your child grow into a wonderful musician and person. I went to UNC for both my bachelor of arts degree where I studied violin and environmental studies, as well as my masters degree, where I studied more music and music education. I fell in love with teaching music and knew it was where I was meant to be! I am active in the performing arts around northern Colorado and also play violin in a string quartet. I enjoy the Colorado outdoors, board games with family and friends, and entertaining my Boston Terrier, Mocha. I absolutely love teaching recorder, singing programs, and many other amazing aspects of elementary music.

I currently teach elementary general music to grades K, 1, 2, and 3, music exploration to grades 4 and 5, middle school orchestra, music appreciation, and the brand new Mariachi Ositos! I’m so glad to be in such a fun school community who supports music! I am looking forward to another amazing year of music-making and learning.
