Mrs. Pastelak

Welcome Jackson Saints!

My name is Mrs. Pastelak, and I will be your Librarian and STEM Lab teacher this year! I hope you are excited about diving into a good book with me. In the Library and STEM lab we will be adding read-alouds to our daily routines. As we go about our exploration we will ask, imagine, plan, create, experiment, and improve during our STEM Lab experience. We will learn what an engineer is, what jobs fit within STEM, as well as how to communicate and work as a team.

I cannot wait to share with each and every one of you my love of reading and learning. In 2014, I graduated with a Bachelor's in Education as well as a Bachelor's in English. Afterward, I spent a few years teaching before deciding to continue my education. Just recently I graduated with a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction , as well as a Library Media degree. I can't wait to share what I have learned with each and every one of you!
