Julie Campbell

School Psychologist

Julie Campbell is completing her third and final year of her education specialist degree in school psychology by completing her internship here at Franklin Middle School as the School Psychologist Intern. Julie started her journey to education at the University of Denver, where she got her bachelor's degree in molecular biology and psychology. After graduating from DU, Julie spent a year working as a paraeducator at an alternative high school in her hometown of Grand Junction before moving to Greeley to start graduate school at the University of Northern Colorado. She is excited to learn from all of the students, families, and community members that make Franklin great. At Franklin, she is starting a gardening enrichment cluster to encourage students to learn about gardening and healthy eating and share her passion for growing plants.  When Julie is not at Franklin, she spends her free time reading a good science-fiction book, playing with her cat Luna, and longboarding while listening to her favorite true-crime podcast.
