AC-R2: Title IX Sexual Harassment
The Board of Education approved revisions to sexual harassment and Title IX policies on August 10, 2020.
District 6 has been working diligently to ensure procedures are in compliance with the new regulations. The Title IX and sexual harassment policies provide information about the grievance process, definitions and how to file a formal complaint regarding sexual harassment.
If you have a TIX discrimination case (not sexual harassment) in the following areas: athletics, pregnancy or Sexual Orientation & Gender Identity, please contact your Director of Title IX at 970-348-6104.
