Information about COVID-19 protocols for the start of the 2021-2022 school year.
Greeley-Evans School District 6 is hosting its eighth annual School Kickoff Community Celebration on Saturday, August 7 from 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. at Island Grove Regional Park, 501 North 14th Avenue in Greeley. Through sponsorships and donations, District 6 has raised enough money to give away 5,000 backpacks filled with school supplies.
Greeley-Evans School District 6 has received approval from the Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee to complete additional building projects with proceeds from the bond sales in 2020.
Families with children who will be attending non-charter schools in Greeley-Evans School District 6 can now complete the online 2021-2022 Fall Registration Checklist.
Community members interested in touring the new Greeley West High School, currently under construction to the west of the existing school, are invited to join for one of two community tours that will be held later this month.
D6 Online Academy is a free, fully-online public school run by your local Greeley-Evans School District 6 for grades Kindergarten through 12th grade. Your student will receive materials, technology devices, quality instruction, and support from fully licensed D6 teachers and staff in a virtual learning environment.
Greeley-Evans School District 6 Superintendent Dr. Deirdre Pilch was honored by the Longs Peak Council Boy Scouts of America as the 2021 Weld County Sonny Mapelli Distinguished Citizen.
Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Greeley-Evans School District 6 has followed health orders issued through the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, as well as taken advice from local health officials including the Weld County Department of Public Health and Environment.
