Onboarding and Next Steps for ALL Employees
- Step 1: Complete your new hire forms. A packet of required forms will be sent to the email address listed in your Frontline application
- Step 2: Complete your onboarding appointment at the Human Resources office (1025 9th Avenue, Greeley). This appointment includes submitting the I-9 form and accompanying documentation, taking an employee ID badge photo, and submitting fingerprints (classified and APT staff only)

Instructional Assistants
- Instructional Assistants of all types (Instructional Assistant, In-School Suspension Monitor, Library/Media Specialist, Preschool Assistant, Special Education Assistant, Title I Assistant) are required to submit paperwork within 30 days of hire showing you have met job requirements
- An official transcript with either 48 semester credit hours, an Associate of Arts degree or the equivalent OR
- Evidence of a passing score on the required WorkKeys exams
- Instructional Assistants of all types (Instructional Assistant, In-School Suspension Monitor, Library/Media Specialist, Preschool Assistant, Special Education Assistant, Title I Assistant) are required to submit paperwork within 30 days of hire showing you have met job requirements

I'm a teacher or SSP. What items does HR need from me?
Within 30 days of hire, you should submit the following items to HR (unless you already included them in your application paperwork):
- License - proving you are qualified to teach in your assigned position
- Official Transcript - showing the date your degree(s) was conferred
- Verification of employment forms - verifying the number of years you have worked

I'm an hourly staff member. How do I get paid?

When will I receive my contract?
- Contracts for the new school year are typically emailed in August or September
- For employees hired mid-year, contracts are issued within 7 business days of your hire

When will I receive my email access?
- You will receive an email from HelloID on the day of (or the day after) your onboarding appointment
- You will have 24 hours to enroll in SSRPM using the credentials provided in the HelloID email - this will activate your email account

When will my benefits begin?
If you qualify for benefits, they begin the first day following the month you begin work. For example, if your first day of work is August 15, your benefits will begin September 1. Information on how to enroll in benefits will be in the new hire forms sent to the email address in your application.
