  • Staff new to the District shall have their picture taken by the Human Resources Department when they submit their employment paperwork.
  • Once a new employee's information is received by the Access Control Department, they will:
    • Verify the request was approved by authorized personnel
    • Verify that the areas authorized for access do not have restrictions; if so, additional information may be required.
    • Create the employee badge
    • Program the card in the access control software with the appropriate access groups.
    • Deliver the new ID/Access Badge to the site Office Manager or Supervisor
  • Upon receiving the badge there will be a yellow sticky note affixed to it that will have the assigned PIN. 
  • Please try the badge at your site to make sure it works properly.
  • Employees who experience any difficulties with badges should make a report to the Office Manager, Supervisor or here.
