Onboarding & Next Steps for All Employees
- Step 1: Complete your new hire forms. A packet of required forms will be sent to the email address listed in your Frontline application
- Step 2: Complete your onboarding appointment at the Human Resources office (1025 9th Avenue, Greeley). This appointment includes submitting the I-9 form and accompanying documentation, taking an employee ID badge photo, and submitting fingerprints (classified and APT staff only)

Read the Annual Meaningful Notice - a brief explanation of the provisions, policies and rules that govern the 401(k), 403(b) and 457(b) Plans offered. All employees may be eligible to participate and make contributions from their compensation, within IRS limits. Employees may start, change or stop contributions at least once each year. It is the employee's responsibility to contact the plan administrator or vendor if they want to enroll or make changes. Additional information regarding these plans can be found by logging into the Employee Access Portal under Staff Resources on the District 6 website.
