In Session Hours:

8:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday

Summer Hours:

6:15 AM - 4:15 PM, Monday through Thursday

What to Expect When Contacting Support

• A help desk technician will be available during office hours to assist you with your issue
• During non office hours, you can call and leave a voicemail or send an email
• The technician on the help desk will help resolve your issue, provide requested information, or create a ticket for your site technician to assist.
• When sending an email, please include as much detail as possible to describe the issue and include your best contact information.
• A ticket will automatically be generated and sent to all technicians operating the help desk.
• A technician will reach out to work on the issue, or schedule a time where you can come into one of the manned helpdesk locations if additional support and troubleshooting are needed.
• If it is determined that a new device is needed while on the phone, you will be directed to visit your home school to exchange the defective device.
