Healthy Hearts

Healthy Hearts Club provides free cardiovascular education and cholesterol screenings to elementary, middle, and high schools (grades vary). This will cover the Colorado state health and wellness standards, including:

• Circulatory system
• Cardiovascular system
• Nutrition
• Reading a food label
• Benefits of physical activity
• Tobacco avoidance
• Stress management
• Goal setting
