For the first time, the on-time graduation rate in Greeley-Evans. School District 6 exceeds 90 percent, and beats the average state graduation rate by more than four percentage points. The 2025 graduation rates for Colorado school districts were released by the Colorado Department of Education today. The on-time graduation rate for District 6 is 90.1 percent, up from 87.3 percent in 2024, and exceeding the state average of 85.6 percent. A total of 1,608 students graduated from District 6 schools in 2025, up from 1,465 in 2024.

The Greeley-Evans School District 6 Board of Education unanimously voted to urge Governor Polis to opt out of participation in the federal tax credit scholarship voucher program during the Board of Education meeting Monday, February 8th, 2026.

Greeley-Evans School District 6 is seeking parent and community input on Secondary Math Curriculum materials for grades 6-8, Algebra, Geometry, and Algebra 2 that will be purchased for the next school year with proceeds from the 2017 Mill Levy Override.

All non-charter schools and offices in Greeley-Evans School District 6 will be closed Monday, February 16, 2026 for the Presidents' Day holiday. This includes the District 6 Administration Building. All offices and schools will reopen on Tuesday, February 17, 2026.

The Board of Education will meet Monday, February 9, 2026 in the first floor Board Room at the District 6 Administration Building at 1025 9th Avenue. The Work Session begins at 4:00 p.m. in Aster. The Business Meeting begins at 6:00 p.m. in the Board Room, and will stream LIVE on our YouTube channel.
