Annual Student Update

Each family needs to complete the Annual Student Update yearly. If you have students in multiple schools, you will be able to update each student in the same form. This guarantees we have the most current information (address, phone, etc.) on record.

Sports Application 

Students wishing to participate in sports for the 2022-2023 must complete the current school year sports application and have a current physical on file.

Free & Reduced Lunch 

Each family needs to fill out the Free & Reduced Lunch form this year since meals will no longer be free to all students. This form only needs to be filled out one time per each family. Once you have filled out the form, you will receive a notification from Titan to the email provided of your status.

ReachWell - Communication App

We are excited to be using ReachWell as our family communication platform! It is essential you download the ReachWell app and verify yourself to get critical information from us including:

• Communicating with our staff
• Accessing resources like calendars with deadlines, payments, academic tools, health & safety information and more.
• Set your own notification preferences and preferred language.

GoJos - Ordering Uniform

You can order uniforms from GoJos by clicking the link above. They will deliver the order to Franklin once it comes in.
