This is my first year at D6OA, and my 3rd year teaching Spanish professionally.  I graduated with a BA from CSU in Foreign Languages, Literatures & Cultures (major in Spanish, minor in English).  I love learning languages, and studied a bit of German and Latin as well.  I later obtained a Master’s degree in Multilingual Education from UNC along with my teaching license, and began teaching in 2020.  My husband and I have 4 children ages 8, 11, 14, and 15.  I enjoy cooking, reading, and traveling with my family.  I look forward to working with the D6OA community this year, and helping support students in taking steps towards both discovering and making progress towards achieving their goals and aspirations for the future!
