• Welcome to Reading Intervention with Mrs. Hammond. This is my 24th year of teaching and my first year at Jackson and in District 6. I am married, have 4 kids, 4 grandkids, a dog and a cat. I live on a farm east of Greeley and we have many farm animals.

    I am very excited to bring my experience and love of teaching reading to Jackson Elementary! Go Saints!
