Ryan Fralick

Hello! I am the social worker for Madison Elementary! I share my time between two schools so I will be here half time.  As a social worker I am able to do individual work, support in the classroom, run small groups to build social and emotional skills and more! I also will connect families to resources in the community and set up support so they can have their needs met. I am excited to meet you and be a part of the Madison Family!
