Hi!

My name is Koby Atkinson. I was born in Florida and have lived in Colorado for the past 16 years.

I graduated from CECFC and am currently enrolled at UNC. I am super excited about robotics and space! I have lots of background in cosmology and astrophysics, so I look forward to bringing space into my room. VEX is a big platform that I will be running this year and I look forward to seeing all of the future engineers grow and explore during the VEX classes and clubs. Outside of the school I am also a head referee for VEX robotics in the state of Colorado. This means that I attend and ref each competition that occurs in Colorado during the VEX season. This will be my first year full time in the classroom. However, I have spent the past three years working in district 6 as a substitute teacher! Lastly, I am a huge fan of Spirit Week and costume design! For the past three years I have been the villain in the children's villain-run charity event.
