MaKayla Wheeler

Hello!

My name is MaKayla Wheeler and I am excited about teaching 3rd grade this year! This will be my second year teaching, but my first year at Tointon. I recently moved to Colorado, after graduating from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education, a minor in Elementary Literacy, concentrations in Cultural Diversity and Creative Arts, and an endorsement in Cultural and Linguistic Diversity. In my free time, I love visiting my family or exploring beautiful Northern Colorado. I love traveling and seeing new things, but some of my favorite days include staying home and playing games or doing puzzles with my boyfriend. I am so excited to meet you all and have an exciting year in third grade! Go Engineers!
