Jana Flores

Hi!

My name is Jana Flores. I am excited about joining the Tointon Family. I will be teaching 6th grade mathematics. The 2023-24 school year will be my 23rd year of teaching. For 19 years, I have been teaching 6th grade and have also taught 4th and 5th grades. I am a Colorado native and am proud to say that I am a product of District 6. I earned my Bachelor's Degree from the University of Northern Colorado-Go Bears!I also earned my Master's Degree in Educational Administration from Grand Canyon University-Go Lopes! My husband, David, and I have 7 children and 8 grandchildren. We enjoy traveling the states and our own state of Colorado. We have enjoyed watching our children in their various sporting activities and are looking forward to watching our grandchildren do the same. During the summers, you can often find us on our boat cruising the local lakes.
