Miss Lizzie Becker

Hello! My name is Lizzie Becker and I have been at Centennial since 2023. I graduated in May of 2023 from UNCo with a B.A. in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Learning. I am very excited to be a first-year, first-grade teacher! This year, scholars will continue to become fluent readers and build number sense. Learners will additionally use critical thinking skills and social-emotional learning to become active positive participants in our academic community. At Centennial, we use SOAR to guide our behavior. Scholars show SOAR by being safe, organized, achieving, and respectful. As a school, a communication tool we use is "Remind". More About Miss Becker: 

I am originally from Southern California but spent most of my life growing up in Arvada, CO. I love spending time outdoors, drinking tea, and cold weather. After completing my student teaching in D6, I knew this was the district to start my career. I am passionate about helping all learners grow and achieve!
