Hello! My name is Karen Burroughs and this is my first year teaching at Meeker. This is my second year teaching preschool and my eighth year in education. Before getting my Masters in Early Childhood Special Education through UNC, I was an American Sign Language interpreter at Chappelow K-8 Arts Magnet. I love working with children and I have loved being a part of District 6 for my career. 

I have lived in Greeley for 16 years and met and married my husband here. We have a 3-year-old daughter and are expecting our second daughter in late September. We love deepening our roots in this community! Looking forward to a great year with you and your kiddos!
