Hello! My name is Tonya Hunsaker! I am so excited that I have got to join the Special Education Resource Team at Meeker and this is my 2nd year. I have been working in District 6 since 2020. Previously, I worked at Heath Middle School in the IA. I made a change last year to work with elementary students. Then again this year and I’m super excited. I love working at Meeker because I get to see my daughter everyday and watch her grow. Meeker staff and students make me feel welcome and I get to watch all of the students grow and learn. 

I have three kids, 2 boys and 1 girl.  My sons are 20 and 17, my daughter is 8. I have two adorable dogs. I have an awesome husband. In my free time, I like to spend time with my friends and family. I am excited to be a Meeker Mountain Lion.
