The Pantry by Nutrition Services is now open in our Husky Hub. 

If you are in need, please take what you need. If you have extra, donations are always welcome! 

We are a school community in which hunger is eliminated and where all students and their families will never have to wory about not having enough food.

Food Assistance Grant Program

The Huksy Hub at Heiman Elementary School has been awarded a generous grant for emergency funding from the State of Colorado! The Food Pantry assistance Grant will help us purchase and distribute more Colorado-grown produce and nutrient-dense foods to our families. 

We would like to thank the Governor's Office, Colorado Department of Human Services, and Colorado Blueprint to End Hunger for distributing funds to help food pantries like ours during this time of high need. 

The Husky Closet is now open in the Husky Hub, just in time for back to school shopping!

Check out our variety of gently used boys and girls clothing sizes infant through adult. We also have backpacks and winter coats. 

In conjunction with the United Way of Weld County, we are excited to announce that we now have laundry services available for use FREE of charge for our families.
