Nancy York

Hello, my name is Nancy York and I am the CLD teacher for the K-3 building. I have been working in the education field since 2012, after completing my BA at UNC. My career kickstarted as a reading and math interventionist at a bilingual school in Fort Collins, and I later pursued a Master's Degree in Special Education Generalist. I am delighted to teach English to students at Bella Romero, especially as it is my second language. Having personally experienced the challenges of learning a second language, I find it rewarding to help students master English.
