Mike Shea

Hi!  My name is Mike Shea.  I have been in district 6 most of my career. I also taught in Commerce City, Co for two years. After growing up in the Denver area, I attended and graduated from UNC with a degree in Art Education.  I also completed my Masters through Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts.  I love teaching art because I love kids' creative minds. Through my teaching, I hope to foster their creativity and  problem solving.

I love spending my time with my wife and our children and also the newest addition to our family, our granddaughter.  I also love spending time in the mountains, seeing new places and creating art.  I am very excited about being at McAuliffe for another year!
