Welcome to Room 14!
My name is Amanda Rockwell, and I have been a Kindergarten teacher at Jackson Elementary for 21 years. Before my move to Jackson, I taught pre-school for 12 years in LaSalle and 2 years in Greeley.
I grew up around the beautiful mountains in Boulder, Colorado. After graduating from Boulder High School, I attended college at the University of Northern Colorado where I received my BA in Elementary Education and a minor in Early Childhood.
When I am not teaching children, I like to read, watch movies, shop, and spend time with my family. My family consists of my husband Jeff, my son Jordan, my daughter in law Apolonia, my daughter Torrie, my son in law Jacob, and my wonderful granddaughters Pandora and Zayla.
I am so fortunate to be a part of this wonderful school and staff, and I am so excited to have this opportunity to work with your wonderful children.
