I am an avid runner, obstacle course racer, hiking enthusiast and general adventurer. This is my 14th year at Chappelow and my 20th year of teaching.

In addition to being pretty serious about physical fitness, I am a professional freelance writer, an amateur geologist, nature lover, and musician.
