I am an avid runner, obstacle course racer, hiking enthusiast and general adventurer. This is my 14th year at Chappelow and my 20th year of teaching.

In addition to being a pretty serious about physical fitness, I am a professional freelance writer, an amateur geologist, nature lover, and musician.
