I'm Mrs. Payne! I have been teaching for 15 years as of this year and have taught many grade levels including kindergarten, First Grade, Third Grade, and Fifth Grade. I have a daughter in First Grade here at Scott and another daughter who will arrive just before Christmas! I also have a giant dog named Moose and a black cat named Oscar. We live just a few blocks from Scott Elementary and love that our home school is also the school I work in!
