Physical Education

My name is Mr. Sedinger. I have been a middle school teacher for 27 years. This is my 10th year at Heath Middle school. Prior to joining the Panthers, I was a Mustang at Maplewood Middle School for 17 years. I graduated from the University of Northern Colorado so I am a Bears fan. I teach Physical Education, I love sports and any kind of activity that happens outside. I believe that having a healthy body helps you have a healthy minds, so stay active! I hope to see you in PE class so you can try some new and challenging activities!
