7th Grade Social Studies

Leighton Freeze is starting his third year teaching and his second year at Franklin. He is the 7th-grade Social Studies teacher and Social Studies department chair at the school. Leighton is originally from Nebraska and attended college at the University of Nebraska at Kearney to study history. Outside of school Freeze enjoys doing many different things and spending time with his family, friends, and dog. Mr. Freeze is also an 8th-grade football coach and JV boys' basketball coach here at Franklin. He has a strong passion for athletics and believes what they teach can last a lifetime. 

Freeze wants the community to see all the positive things that are happening here at Franklin. Here at Franklin, we are “ALL IN.” He hopes parents and community members will join us for events at the school.
