Welcome to Mrs. Thomas' Intervention Classroom

My name is Mrs. Thomas, and I am entering my 12th year teaching! Over the past 12 years, I have mostly taught 1st grade, but now I am super excited to be doing intervention.

I grew up in Illinois, in a southwest suburb of Chicago. I love pizza, hot dogs, and beef sandwiches...really any Chicago food! I am also a huge Chicago Bears and Chicago White Sox fan. I moved to Colorado 4 years ago with my husband and kitties, and now we have two beautiful daughters, Charlotte (2) and Emerson (5 months).

My job at Jackson is to assist students with Reading in a small group setting. I believe that all students can learn and achieve if given the opportunity. I am looking forward to my 4th year at Jackson. It is going to be a great year for our Saints!
