I was born and raised in Minnesota, with long and  very cold winters.  I love the daily sunshine here in Colorado, as well as mild winter temps!  Living in a variety of states (Minnesota, Indiana, Mississippi, Colorado) has been a unique experience.  My family also has lived in the country of Latvia (a former Soviet Union satellite nation) for 5 months.

 

I am married and have 2 adult children. I also have 2 cats.  My hobbies include bird watching, reading, sewing and traveling.
