Dear Parents/Guardians,

I am Padma Adepu, and I teach 8th grade Math and Algebra 1. I hold a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics. I am a lifelong learner and a lifelong educator. I have a wide variety of teaching experiences outside the US. I moved to New Jersey, USA with my family in year 1999 where I initially started my teaching career. I then moved to Colorado with my family in year 2005 because of my husband's job. I have been teaching here in Colorado since then. This is going to be my 14th year teaching in US public schools. With a great pride, I share I am the first one who graduated from my family. My oldest daughter is studying Undergrad pursuing Mechanical engineering at CU Boulder. My youngest daughter is a junior in high school. When not teaching, I like to spend time with my family cooking, hiking, biking, yoga, and traveling. I believe every student has a hidden talent. I am excited to start the new school year and meet my students and their families. The last three years, I did tutoring sessions in the mornings twice a week for those who needed extra help. Depending on our meetings this year, I will inform you when I will be available to offer extra help. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
