Welcome to Kindergarten!!

I am looking forward to getting to know your child and help them grow socially and academically.

This is my 18th year teaching, 10 of them here at Jackson.  I started my teaching career in Kansas where I was born and raised.  I have taught Kindergarten, Preschool, Special Education, 4th Grade, and now back to Kindergarten!  I graduated from Kansas State University in Manhattan, Kansas, with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and received my Master's Degree in Early Childhood Special Education from Emporia State University in Emporia, Kansas.

I have two boys, Ben (13 years old) and Liam (11 years old), both attending Brentwood Middle School.  We have an 8 year old Corgi-mix named Barkley, whom we love dearly and keeps us on our toes!
